Japanese garden of Hasselt

You can find in Hasselt the largest Japanese garden of Europe. Its surface spans on 25.000 m².
An Japanese architect from the sister town Itami in Hyogo prefecture built it between 1985 and 1992.

I visited it in July, which is ... the worst season to visit a Japanese garden.
No spring blossom, no autumn leaves ...
I'll come back when the trees have more colours!
