Kokuban, enfin un ramenya à Bruxelles !
"Fine noodles and sake from Japan",
c'est la devise de Kokuban, situé près de Louise, rue Vilain XIIII 53-55 à Bruxelles.
J'étais avec deux japonaises expertes ce midi pour déguster un bol de negi-kara miso ramen.
Je me suis fait plaisir en ajoutant un œuf mariné, qui était parfait! Cuit à l'extérieur, moelleux à l'intérieur.
Le tout accompagné de bière Sapporo, ce fut un déjeuner impeccable.
Je n'ai pas pris d'edamame, de gyoza, ni même de dessert; un ramen en toute simplicité.
Tout les samedi devraient être comme celui-ci !
Kokuban propose des ramen, ainsi que des soba et udon chauds ou froids.
Vous pouvez même commander des plats à emporter chez vous,,, mais pas de ramen.
Ouvert du lundi au samedi de 12h à 14h et de 19h à 22h.
